I was initially very skeptical about using an apartment finder to relocate to Houston from Boston. I read the reviews about the In the Loop, however, and took a chance. And everyone who wrote positively about the company is right! Excellent apartment realtor Drew is fabulous!
I found In the Loop on the web and contacted them without a reference. From the moment that Drew answered the call everything went smoothly. A little conversation and he understood just what I wanted and sent me lots of apartment links to look at. It took visits to just 3 locations in about 2 hours to find the perfect apartment. Moving to a new city could have been traumatic, but Drew made it easy. I can't recommend In the Loop and Drew highly enough!/P

Excellent service, ask for Jen!
In the loop properties made finding a house to rent so easy. Jen Payne really took care of us. After just one day of looking at houses and apartments, she found us the perfect one. Jen also made it really easy for us to apply, sign our lease, and movein all in less than a month. Jen was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had, answering emails and phone calls in the same day. There is no reason to not use an apartment locating service, and I highly recommend using In the Loop Properties. /P

Fantastic realtors ask for Ada!
We were referred to Ada Perkins Wesley at In The Loop by a friend, and we had a terrific experience. She worked within our guidelines and showed us nothing but fantastic properties. We felt she really understood what we were looking for. She was always available to answer questions, no matter how small, and all around was just a great resource. We chose a nice house to rent in a neighborhood we love, but had never heard of until she suggested it to us. She really knows her stuff and cares about her clients. She was with us from start to finish and we just can't say enough good things about her!/P

Ask for Mike!
We were moving from Pearland to Montrose and Mike met with each of us separately over a Friday and Saturday and even met us late in the evening to accomodate our work schedules. He had picked out several places within our price range and made special arrangements with our new LL to accomodate our golden retriever. We were pretty specific about our desired location, size of place that we wanted, and of course price range and Mike showed us a lot of places and we had 2 choices both of which were great. We are really happy with the duplex that we are moving into and can't wait to get moved. Mike definitely found us the perfect place!/P

An efficient, easy and lifesaving realtor!

Drew found me a beautiful homein under two hours!
My search was going nowhere, and then I found Drew. He asked me about my needs (which were very specific) and I explained that I was having trouble finding an apartment that would allow two very small dogs. Drew showed me two properties that were perfect for me, and in less than two hours I made a deposit on my new place. I had awful experiences with two other realtors who wouldn't even talk to me when they found out I had two dogs. Thanks to Drew, we have a great new place to live! I also used this company when I first moved to Houston 2 1/2 years ago, and they found me the perfect property at the time. You cannot beat the service and expertise this company provides. /P

Ask for Ada P. Wesley
Ok, I was at first skeptical about using such a service because I have lived at numerous other apartments in two other states as well as Texas and had never used anyone to help me find an apartment. However, I was under a severe time crunch a week and a half to find an apartment. Ada was awesome; she made the process so easy and less stressful. Even though I lived 6 hours away, she contacted me frequently to make sure we were on the same page and she kept me updated on what she was doing. When I finally met her, she was even more friendly in person (I didn't think it possible). We met on a Friday and I found my apartment that same day; she knew what was most important to me in an apartment and she kept in mind my limitations due to having Rheumatoid Arthritis. I highly recommend Ada when you are looking to move to a new apartment, especially if you want a stress free experience. I should have done this on my first move in Houston (1994) and could have saved myself the second move (1995) I made because of the dislike of my first apartment. Good luck on your move. :)/P

Drew Knows His Stuff
THE BEST EVER! I have used other locating services in the past, but never have I seen so many good for me appartments in one trip. I could have lived in any of the apartments Drew showed me they were all well matched for me, and the insider knowledge that Drew has is exceptional, and made my decision easier. I have no dought I am in the perfect apartment for me and it only took one day and a few hours and Drew does all the driving. Another added bonus was I called for info and was able to make an appointment that day, and Drew put together an exceptional file with all the essential info for me so I had lots of good choices and all the latest rent specials. The best realtor I've ever worked with!
I recently moved from New York for a job transfer and was referred to Eric Bradley with In The Loop Properties. After living in a hotel for three weeks, I was dying to find my permanent home. I called Eric and immediately knew he understood me, where I was coming from and what I wanted to find. The entire process was so painless compared to finding a residence in NYC. He offered to pick me up from my hotel on a Saturday and we toured what we both agreed to be my top five options. Eric gave me all of the pros and cons of each property and area and I felt like I had all of the information I needed to make a sound decision. While all were great places, I fell in love with the last one which Eric had already mentioned was his top pick and the one he thought I would like the most. I'll say!! I've been in my new home for a month and couldn't be happier. I hope that I can take my new realtor with me if I ever have to leave Houston!
