    I enjoy the flavors. I know that it would probably take me all day to make many of those meals and I truly enjoy picking what I want to eat that day from a wonderful selection. I especially appreciate that the food and the portions are healthy. Pricewise, you can't put a price on improved health. I FEEL so much better since I started eating meals from Epicurean Lite. That feeling is priceless. I should say that feeling has never come from vitamins or any other meals that I have tried in the past. This is different! You have to try it to believe it and the beauty is that you can pick and choose what you want and when you want it. I love that and the food! Lastly, I want to sit down at the table and savor each meal now. That was not the case in the past. (JAG2, 08/07/2009)

  2. Great meals for busy people
    They deliver good, healthy delicious meals right to your home or office. The food is fresh and easy to prepare. The lunches are better than I would make for myself and the breakfasts are quick and easy to grab on the way out the door. Make sure to try the spring rolls and the paella dinner. (momde, 04/30/2009)

  3. Healthy food never tasted so good!
    I always marvel at how much food ends up on my plate during lunch and dinner. I look for the meat in the "veggie" lasagna because im sure its there...nothing without mean could be so tasty! Then i recall the breakfast tacos and almost egg white that are also meatless and wonder who came up with such flavorful meals with so much less fat and less calories of others that are not even as yummy! My doctor told me that i needed to eat better and I'd tried other "diet food" delivery services with freeze dried food. I live a few min. from Epicurean so i no longer have to have my food shipped to me. I also no longer have to guess whether I will enjoy the next weeks menu or not because i get to select what i want from a small variety. If i want pizza everyday...i can have that if its on the menu. Of coarse i dont do that because im almost always going to like everything I see. The owner Patty is a super nice lady and the food is easy to prepare once you get the hang of how you should rotate them in your freezer. Remember to take all your salads and fruits out before freezing and you will be fine. Sorry this is so long but i just finished eating and Im always overwhelmed of how good this stuff really is.   4. I feel like I am eating out at a nice restaurant when I eat these meals
    I find using this service a good value and wonderful convenience when you consider the quality, incredible taste, and especially my time (not having to go to the grocery store, prepare & cook not to mention the clean up). The variety of meals keeps it from becoming boring. (ckj, 07/16/2008)
