    I loved each of my two stays at the Austin Folk House. The rooms are elegant and luxurious and the entire B & B is full of extraordinary art from the owner's private family folk art collection. In fact, the place is a lot like an art gallery in its' rich and inviting display of paintings, sculpture and objects of art. The bathrooms are full of great products and all the amenities of a luxury hotel. And, breakfast is outstanding...I'd love to have some of Sylvia's recipes!   3. Our Favorite Austin B&B
    Whenever my wife and I are in downtown Austin, the Folk House has always been our top choice. We love being able to see the state capitol dome from the front porch, and Sylvia's breakfasts are UNBELIEVABLE!! And of course, don't miss the folk art some of the most interesting and lively pieces ever to hang under the roof of a Bed and Breakfast!
